# Microsoft Office 365 Tips and Info

If you ever need to work on a Word document, PowerPoint, Excel sheet, etc. and you're away from your own computer but have access to the web, you can use office on the web with your StudioTorres credentials. (Your documents are saved to your space on OneDrive, and you can copy them over to Dropbox or your laptop anytime.)

These same credentials can also be used for activating Office on your desktop/laptop and for any office apps that you might use on your phone.

Office uses a @studiotorresltd.onmicrosoft.com email as the login. Each of us has our own. For Dad, the login is shared in LastPass. For Zach, I do not have your current password, but if you send it to me, I'll put it in lastpass, too. I can reset the password, too, but you'll have to re-sign-in on your computer if I do or office will say “nah.”

Office on Your Desktop/Laptop

If you get nagged on your desktop or laptop computer about the license for Microsoft Office, you can register your copy (legally, completely legit 😄 ) with your @studiotorresltd.onmicrosoft.com email address and password.
